It doesn't go anywhere near to actually reading out loud to your child, but if you get stuck on a busy day, have to take the kids along to a meeting etc, AND have access to a decent internet connection, you can set your kids up to listen to some great actors read their favourite kids books here at Storyline Online. A project of the Screen Actors Guild Foundation in the States, methinks is V. cool.We enjoyed Betty White reading Harry the Dirty Dog, not least because we had a dog that looked a lot like Harry, but who was a corgi-border collie cross called Brenda.
